Michał Stęchły has a degree in Physics and Automatics Control & Robotics. Professionally, he has merged these skills to serve in the crossfield between researcher and software engineer. When it comes to quantum computing applications, his primary interest is in variational algorithms and optimization. In his spare time, Michał is creating educational content (blog posts, tutorials, videos) and is an active member of the open source quantum computing community.
For multiple reasons: extremely intellectually challenging, possible applications of QC are incredible, and the field is very nascent, so a single person can have a huge impact.
