I have been fascinated and puzzled by the peculiar properties of quantum world since my graduate school. I have chosen to study quantum technology because I not only want to investigate the implications of quantum mechanics on other branches of science and engineering, but also want to use it as a lens to scrutinize quantum theory and perhaps propose a better theory for describing the reality.
What is the nature of consciousness? Is quantum mechanics really necessary for explaining it?
